As Respect Month comes to an end, immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation, where soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments gently guide you into a state of calm and inner balance. This restorative experience helps quiet the mind, release tension, and leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply at peace.

This is a free event for CDU students and staff.
