Baji Quan Kung Fu Class for Adults Welcome to our authentic Baji Quan martial arts program for adults! Baji Quan is a powerful, traditional Chinese martial art known for its direct, explosive strikes, strong stances, and practical self-defense skills.

Bajiquan

 In this class, you will learn basic forms, strikes, kicks, and practical applications to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and core stability. Training also helps reduce stress, enhance focus, build confidence, and cultivate better physical and mental health. Our instructor is professional and patient, suitable for both beginners and students with martial arts experience. Join us to master real Chinese Kung Fu, challenge yourself, and become stronger, calmer, and more confident! 
 

Suitable for over 18 years old.                                                                                         

This program is designed for adult participants.

Venue: Casuarina campus, Red Building 02.1.01 - Gulwa/Austin Asche Hall, Basketball court

When: Starting from 17 April till 19 June, 5.00 pm - 6.00 pm, every Friday
